James Wood

James sits in the firm’s Dallas office. He has over 15 years experience representing financial institutions in various transactions and lawsuits throughout Texas. He has extensive experience representing banks and lenders in commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, commercial lending, asset based lending, custom lending, SBA transactions, SBA creditor rights, large loan work outs and complex restructuring matters, including settlements, foreclosures, note sales and commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts throughout the State of Texas.
