Larry sits in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He has over 30 years experience representing financial institutions in commercial real estate transactions, distressed loan, creditor’s rights, commercial litigation and bankruptcy related matters.  He also focuses his legal practice on SBA lending, SBA creditor’s rights, regulatory related matters, work outs and complex restructuring matters, including settlements, foreclosures and note sales. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts throughout the State of Virginia, District of Columbia and Maryland

Larry graduated from Tulane University (B.S.) and University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D.).
