Summer Williams manages the firm’s Miami office. She is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice on commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, SBA transactions, SBA creditor’s rights and commercial real estate transactions. She has extensive experience defending and advising financial institutions in state, federal and bankruptcy matters. Summer also advises and represents financial institutions in insurance coverage and related complex commercial disputes.
Summer successfully advocates for her clients throughout various stages of litigation, including drafting and responding to pleadings, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing dispositive motions, and trial preparation. Additionally, she is adept at litigation strategy and consistently achieves favorable resolutions for her clients, including court judgments and settlement outcomes.
Summer graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Economics. Thereafter, she graduated from Emory University School of Law with her JD. While in law school, she earned a Transactional Law Certificate, Top 10% Oralist designation, and was a coach and participant in the Frederick Douglass Moot Court. Summer is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts throughout the State of Florida.
